2018 Learning, Design and Technology Expo Showcases Inventions to Improve Learning
After spending the past year exploring ways to use design and technology to improve learning, students at Stanford Graduate School of Education shared their ideas and prototypes with the public at the Learning, Design and Technology (LDT) Expo on Aug. 3.
The annual event is the culmination of the LDT master’s program, which draws students from around the world working in various disciplines. This year, the expo featured 14 projects offering novel approaches to an array of teaching and learning challenges: supporting students’ mental health, providing guidance in choosing a career path, enhancing the experience of visiting an art museum and helping young children learn morning and evening routines.
