Working Through Emerging Challenges in Performance Environments
Global awareness and interest in innovation ecosystems has ignited. Policy analysts and researchers have refocused their initiatives on international relationships that link strengths across global resources rather than simply on regional supply chains. Corporate innovation executives have modified their outsourcing and management strategies to include network orchestration. Networks of relationships have become vital to small, start-up companies as well as large multi-national enterprises. Innovation executives rely on personal, cultural, legal, and technological communication to envision and empower network orchestration and value chain alignment for competition and growth.
The mediaX Executive Workshop on Working Through Emerging Challenges in Performance Environments fills a critical gap for innovation by focusing on state of the art practices, research and insights for measuring learning in gaming and performance environments. The workshop aims to cross-fertilize ideas and concepts among education researchers and human resources strategists and practitioners.
Held on the Stanford University campus July 27-29, 2016 the program highlights a user-centered approach to innovation, emphasizing the intersection of people and communication. Stanford faculty and researchers will present best practices and horizon thinking on user experiences and information technologies that are likely to have an innovation impact for human resource trainers, leaders and managers.
