If you are an employee of a company or unit of a company that is a member or affiliate of Media X, and have not already been given a passcode to use, please use the Regsitration Assistance link below to confirm eligibility and to request a special passcode.

STUDENTS

Student spaces are available. Please use the Registration Assistance link below to request a Fellowship place and, if approved, you will be given a special passcode .

Assistance, Press, Volunteers, ALUMNI and special circumstances

Please contact Adelaide Dawes, adelaide@stanford.edu if you would like to attend as a journalist or a volunteer, if you have attended previous Wallenberg Summer Institutes or if you require other special consideration.

Policies

If a workshop has insufficient registrations before July 15, 2010, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop and refund your registration fees in full. We will not be liable for the cost of travel or hotel reservations. You may wish to check with the session director about the likelihood of cancellation before purchasing flights. Please use the registration assistance link or email adelaide@stanford.edu.

Cancellations will not be refunded. However, you are welcome to send a replacement participant in your place.
